By using Reydempto.tv ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
Reydempto.tv lets viewers send tips to the streamer Reydempto, trigger a sound alert and message on stream, and read the blog. Logging in to tip requires a Twitch or Kick account.
Tips are gifts, not purchases
A tip is a voluntary gift/donation to the streamer, not a purchase of goods or services. Tips are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at Reydempto.tv's discretion. Tips are not tax-deductible. Sending a tip does not guarantee any specific on-stream shoutout, sound alert, timing, or reaction. Sound alerts and messages are subject to moderation and may be delayed, withheld, or blocked. You may optionally choose to "cover the processing fees," adding a small amount on top of your tip so the streamer receives the full amount you intended to give. That additional amount isn't a separate tip in its own right and is non-refundable on the same basis as the rest of your payment.
Eligibility
You must have a valid Twitch or Kick account to tip. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent or guardian's permission before sending any payment.
Acceptable use
Tip messages must not contain illegal, abusive, harassing, or hateful content. Messages are automatically filtered and may be blocked or edited before being shown or read aloud. Attempting to evade a tipping ban, timeout, or message restriction (including through another account) is not allowed. We may issue a tipping ban, timeout, or message restriction on your account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, for violating these terms.
Public display of tips
Unless you choose to tip anonymously, your Twitch or Kick display name is shown with your tip on stream and in the site's notifications feed. Your tip message may be displayed on screen and read aloud using text-to-speech, whether or not you tip anonymously.
The blog
Blog content reflects the views of its author and is provided for informational purposes. Content may be changed, hidden, or removed at any time.
Third-party services
Payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe, login is handled by Twitch or Kick, and tip messages may be converted to speech by Amazon Polly. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reydempto.tv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including a missed or delayed alert, technical failure, or third-party service outage.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
